Mike Leblanc

PRESIDENT & CFO

Mike is currently the owner and president of Advanced Fire & Safety. He has over 26 years of experience in safety and environmental marketing. Prior to Advanced, Mike was a partner owner of a successful safety and environmental offshore services company. Mike’s past experiences include many years of sales and marketing in the oil and gas sector.

Nick Trahan

Vice PRESIDENT

Nick joined Advanced Fire and Safety in April 2022 as Vice President.  He has over 19 years of industry experience and began his career in HSE as a trainer and later as an HSE manager.  Prior to joining AFS, he served in various roles for Atchafalaya Measurement, from Business Development to, most recently, President.  After SPL acquired Atchafalaya Measurement, Nick held the position of COO until joining the Advanced Fire and Safety team.

Chad Gaspard

Operations Manager

Chad Gaspard joined Advanced Fire and Safety in 2023 as General Manager over the HSE and Remote Medical Services Divisions with over 30 years of industry experience. He began his career in 1993 working in Oil & Gas Production Operations and worked his way up through the operations, corporate HSE, Compliance, and Regulatory ranks for an oil company. In 2013, Chad accepted a position as an Operations Manager on the service side of the oil & gas HSE & Security industry. Chad has faced many of the HSE challenges one could expect while working in the harsh oilfield environment and has a proven track record of meeting these challenges head on by providing effective case management and common-sense solutions to mitigate those challenges. Chad has served on Incident Management Teams, Steering Committees, and has led Investigation Teams through high level incident investigations involving both company and contractor related personnel and assets.

Frank Stoltz

Medical Services Manager

Frank Stoltz joined Advanced Fire and Safety in 2024 as the Remote Medical Services Manager. Frank began his career in EMS as an EMT-Basic in 1977. Throughout his years of service, he advanced through the various levels of certification and licensing. He obtained his Paramedic license in early 1988. Throughout the early days of his career, Frank worked as a Paramedic on a ground ambulance serving the great citizens of Louisiana. In 1990, Frank was promoted to Field Supervisor, followed by several subsequent promotions to the level of Operations Manager. In 2008, Frank made a career move to the Oil & Gas Industry as a General Manager of an Industrial Medical Company, since that time. Frank has worked through various levels of management, from GM to Vice President. His reputation and knowledge of the industry with respect to quality medical care has not gone unnoticed. Frank has become an integral part of the Advanced Fire & Safety management team. His knowledge and expertise fit right in with the goals and objectives set forth by our Senior Management Staff.
